Our Childcare Department is committed to the spiritual growth of our youngest students.  Our teachers are qualified, trained, and dedicated to their calling to work with children.  Our classes include Infant I, Infant II, Toddler I, and Toddler II.  Each day the students participate in organized play time, have creative craft time, and hear stories from God’s Word.  An immunization form is required before attending.

Infant I

Infant I is for ages 6 weeks to 9 months.  Students in this class are fed and nurtured by loving Christian teachers.  Students are introduced to soft classical and Christian music throughout the day.
Infant II

Infant II is for ages 9 months to 18 months.  Students are learning to pull up and trying to start walking.  There is a scheduled meal time and nap time.  Students will also have table time where they learn to develop motor skills.  Teachers also read to, sing to, and play with the students daily.
Toddler I

Toddler I is for ages 18 months to 2 years old.  The students in this class are becoming very mobile!  Teachers work with the students during meal time to learn to feed themselves, and they are transitioned from high chairs to eating at the table.  Students move from cribs to cots during nap as they become accustomed to the “big kid” bed.  Students begin to learn colors, shapes, and letters.  They also begin station play where they learn to focus on the task before them.
Toddler II

Toddler II is for ages 2 to 3 years old.  Students begin learning through the Abeka curriculum. learning to recognize colors, letters, and numbers 1-10.  They will also learn to recognize their written names.  Potty training begins during this time, and students learn to develop the fine motor skills needed to go to the restroom by themselves.  Students will move from Toddler II to K3 in the Fall.
After School Care

After School Care begins at 2:45pm during the school year.  Time is given for homework to be completed, and students will have an afternoon snack provided for them.  They will have time to play outside or in the gym (depending on weather), as well as time to play games and do arts and crafts.
Summer Day Camp

Summer Day Camp begins immediately after the final days of school in late May.  Grades 01-06 enjoy a Bible-themed program.  Students will have Bible story time, crafts, games, music, and field trips.  Students need to bring a lunch each day, but a snack is provided in the late afternoon.
